They are purposely shipped unassembled in order to vacuum-pack the urethane foam fill and thereby save on shipping costs.
Upon arrival, it will be necessary for you to put your Jaxx all together. But have no fear ... this is not a difficult process ... as long as you follow the instructions. And, we are here to help you!
Everything you neeed to assemble the chair is included in the shipment. The following video graphically demonstrates the "Do's and Don'ts".
